This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, close to many great restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice terrace and a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they even provided a shuttle service to the airport. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food and a breathtaking view. I had such a great time here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique El Palomar in San Miguel de Allende for a few nights. As a solo traveler, I was thrilled with the late check-in option at no additional cost. The hotel staff went above and beyond by arranging my airport transfer and helping me book a relaxing spa day. The room was beautifully decorated and the beds were undeniably comfortable. I also can't forget to mention the breathtaking view and delicious food at the rooftop restaurant. Boutique El Palomar provided an excellent location, top-notch service, and a memorable stay.

The hotel had comfortable rooms with good beds, and they were nice and clean. The restaurant was also good. The location was perfect, with a great view from our terrace. We enjoyed being able to see the city from up high.

The noise from the street traffic was quite annoying. Some of the staff were not very friendly or helpful.

Convenient location, stunning architecture and great views!

This hotel is situated in a perfect spot, close to all the attractions and restaurants. The architecture of the building is impressive with a unique touch of charm and spacious areas. What we loved most were the views from the rooftop that were breathtaking and had us captivated for hours. The air conditioning in the rooms was very helpful to keep us cool on those hot days.

No wheelchair access and street noises.

Great Views and Friendly Staff

During my business trip, I had the pleasure to stay in a hotel with incredible views, which made my stay more enjoyable. the staff was always attentive and accommodating, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.

One minor issue that I encountered during my stay was that the hotel mostly communicated in Spanish and had limited English-speaking staff. While this was not a major inconvenience, it would have been nice to have had more correspondence in English.

The rooftop bar had a breathtaking view of the city! The staff made sure we felt special and even gave us a complimentary drink. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect- close to the park and other attractions. The breakfast was filling and delicious too!

The pool was not available- we were offered the use of another property's pool which wasn't very convenient. Additionally, the wifi signal was weak and kept dropping, which was a bit frustrating.

Great views, wonderful location, and tastefully done rooms. The staff was kind and the free breakfast was delicious. Good value for the price. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent customer service

My family and I had to cancel our reservation at El Palomar due to a medical emergency. Despite being past the deadline, the management allowed us to cancel without any financial penalty. We are grateful for their compassion and look forward to rescheduling our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main square and other attractions. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the cozy decor of the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. Free wifi was a great bonus.

There weren't any negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our Easter holiday truly memorable.
